TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Glam Concept LLC asks you to please read the following information carefully before making any purchases. It contains important details and information regarding your rights, responsibilities, and restrictions which may apply to you.

Terms of Payment:

Terms of payment  are 100% upfront. We offer down payment on our  CUSTOM WIGS ONLY! We accept all major credit cards and no COD’s. We process all credit card transactions through Stripe & Paypal Checkout only. Credit cards are charged upon order placement.

Processing Orders:

The Glam Concept LLC.’s business hours are From Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 8:00 pm EST. Please allow up to two business days after payment is received for your order to be processed. Orders which are placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday unless it is a holiday.

Product Availability:

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order or there is a back order on that particular item, you will be contacted immediately and given the option in receiving a replacement or being placed on a waiting list. If a replacement is not acceptable you have the right to terminate the sale and we will refund the amount charged to you. 

Delayed Shipping:

It is prudent to order your purchase in advance to allow for unanticipated delays with shipping. The Glam Concept LLC. is not liable for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Government holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We assign USPS to deliver your package on time with signature required. We also provide a tracking number for your convenience which can be viewed online via http://www.USPS.com. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Failed/Cancelled Deliveries, Refused/Lost Shipment(s), Incorrect Shipping Address:

All orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Mail, *IF DUE TO HIGH ORDER VOLUME PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 business days to the address which is provided. It is important that we are provided with accurate and complete information regarding your shipping address and shipping method.

Once the order is placed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email address if provided. If you do not receive a tracking number, please do not hesitate to call or email us so we can provide one for you. The tracking number is provided for your convenience to follow your package in transit. If any incomplete information is given, USPS will charge a service fee for address corrections which then would be charged towards you. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery or cancellation of an order after 24 hour of placing it, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. We do not refund any abandoned or refused shipments.

Exchange and Return Policy:

At The Glam Concept LLC. we stand behind our products and guarantee customer satisfaction 100%. Each and every bundle of hair is inspected, cleaned and prepared under professional supervision in a factory in India. All of our hair goes through a meticulous process to ensure that you are receiving the best quality product possible. Due to the nature of our Human Hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

At The Glam Concept LLC. we make sure that all of your expectations are met. We make every effort to make your order as accurate as possible. Some factors which should be considered while purchasing our hair products is that we specialize in 100% virgin, unprocessed, Indian human hair. Our hair comes from different donors. Therefore, hair color and texture may vary. We are not responsible for the changes or alterations done to the hair once it has left our warehouse including chemically processing, cutting, coloring, or texturizing the hair. Our natural hair comes in  straight, wavy, and curly patterns and only in shades natural black, natural brown,. Please keep in mind; refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the color or texture of the hair.

•Under no circumstances will we accept any hair back if alterations or changes have been made to the hair once it has left our warehouse. The hair cannot be altered in any manner. This includes dying, cutting, and chemically processing the hair. Under Federal Law you cannot return human hair products which have been used due to hygiene purposes. We abide by these strict policies and expect the item to be returned in its original condition.

•Our products are guaranteed for quality and satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product and you wish to exchange, you will be required to pay return shipping charges and provide a tracking number on your old order and we will cover the shipping cost of the new order.

• If an inaccurate product has been shipped to you, please contact us immediately within (5) five business days. Once we have the product back and inspect it, we will send an immediate replacement.

•You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for the product you are refunding. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Limitation of Liability:

The Glam Concept LLC. reserves the right to make changes and adjust prices, policies, and procedures. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please check this page periodically for updates and changes. The Glam Concept LLC. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. theglamconcept.com will not be liable for consequential special, indirect or severe damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages in regards to any third party except which is provided herein. The Glam Concept LLC. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damage above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of product(s) under this agreement.
